Matoshi for Rama's proposal: Because of Albin Kurti right now, who do you want to propose what's next?

This initiative by Prime Minister Rama has come after the tense situation in northern Kosovo.

Rama has argued his involvement in this issue, saying that he is doing so for Kosovo until he has identified the Government of Kosovo as soon as possible to expand the situation.

Prime Minister Rama has said the situation is urgent and that Kosovo is risking losing its biggest allies.

On a proposal for Periscope, renowned publicist Halil Matoshi, has said that Kosovo should itself make the draft amendment of Association and that the same will later be sent to the Constitutional Court.

“Such a draft has presented time in January 2023 German FES in Kosovo, but these remain only ideas on paper because they have no impact on the process. Kosovo itself through constitutional mechanisms should do this draft status, which should be sent to the Constitutional Court, and if it passes the test, it could be at the dialogue table in Brussels “, the analyst said.

Matoshi also criticised Prime Minister Albin Kurti, for according to him he has arbitrarily fired the management team for drafting the draft Asociation Charter.

“Albin Kurti has led this process into unconstitutional and now, to whom the shots propose what to do. Kurt with arbitrary decision has distributed this. Ekip, who had to be fulfilled with a new name by dismissing only Daniela Vujičić for conflict of interest (Serbian Skupština's delegation)“, he said.

On the other hand, Matoshi called for the Government to return to the principles of 2015 for establishing the Association of Serb Majority Communities and for those principles to be corrected according to the Constitutional Court's verdict so that they can be within the Constitution of Kosovo.

“Currentt must be restored to the principles of 2015, they must be adjusted to be within the Kosovo Constitution and to install the principle of non-US communities' veto in the Asociation Framework. I believe this can be done by applying Ohrid Agreement 7th point”, Matosi stressed for Periscope.
