According to him, Luna is one of the organisers of attacks on KFOR members.
In a Facebook release, the minister said the detainee is Milun Milenkoviq, known as the Llyune nickname.
Kosovo's “Police today have arrested Milun Milenkovik-Lune, one of the leaders of the civil protection formation, and the leader of criminal gangs that over the years terrorised our citizens, have attacked members of the Kosovo Police and the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo”, the minister said on Facebook.
According to Svecla, the same has been the main organiser of attacks on KFOR and Kosovo Police forces in Zvecan two weeks ago.
Alarm sirens have been heard in northern Mitrovica Tuesday afternoon, as it becomes known that Serbian citizens are beginning to flock to the city.
