Albania already has a champion who stands at the top of Europe, and it is Louise Gega, who has won another victory in Poland's ongoing Atletik European. The 34-year-old is excellent in the 3 thousand-metre hurdle race, where she has placed first, while setting a record time, namely, 9 minutes and 17 seconds.
This Gega record has not been overlooked by the highest athletic authorities in Europe, which have praised successive Albanian performance, which is currently at the top of Europe. Gega has equalled Ivet Lalova Colio's records from Bulgaria, which numbers 11 victories and 2 second countries in European competitions, which has been named the most successful athlete in Europe.
A few days ago, Gega also won the 5 thousand - foot [5,000,000 m] race, as today was the main day for the red athlete, who won her discipline in the three thousand - foot [3,000,000 m] hurdle. Albania has won successive medals in recent months, all owned by Gega, where despite difficulties and challenges it has managed to raise the Albanian flag.
