Serbian lawyer Cedomir Stojkovic has said the three police officers kidnapped from Serbia are in Kraleva, where their hearing is currently under way before the High Public Prosecutor in Kraleva.
He said that it should be decided for them by 12:30 today, as the 48 hour police ban expires.
After that, the top public prosecutor in Kralev will decide whether to propose detention and then the judge will decide whether to appoint 30-day detention. All this should be decided by 12:30, when the 48 police banors are due to expire”.
The Serbian lawyer, who describes himself as Western pro, has said that according to the “Brussels Agreement, Serbia treats the Kosovo Police as the legal armed force. Therefore, if that police member is armed on Serbia's territory without violating other laws, he cannot be arrested because his status for Serbia is as legitimate as the status of the Republika Serbia police.
If Serbia does the opposite, it means it is violating the Brussels Agreement. And Serbia is doing exactly the opposite”.
