After meeting with Kosovo's prime minister at the government's object, the EU's emissary for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak has said that along with the US emissar for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, there has been a difficult discussion with Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Lajcak has declared Kurti has presented a three-point proposal as a way out of the tense situation in the north.
