They are hosted by Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.
Their visit to Belgrade comes after they held meetings with the leaders of institutions, political parties, as well as civil society in Kosovo.
Meetings are aimed at finding the solution after the situation created in northern Kosovo.
Last night, they presented Prime Minister Albin Kurti with a proposal of three elements. The first is the de-pass of the situation on the ground in three northern municipalities, then quick elections in these municipalities, as well as a return to dialogue.
After the meeting, both declared that the international factor is unique in these requirements and hope the same will be heard.
In Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposavic, Serbs are protesting the entry of new Albanian mayors into municipal facilities, as well as the presence of the Kosovo Police.
As a result of the protest actions, several police officers and KFOR members have remained injured. Also, Kosovo Police and media cars have been burned and damaged.
The situation in these municipalities has been tense Friday 26 May, when sworn mayors were forced into their working offices under police assistance.
This act of Kosovo institutions has been criticised by the United States and the European Union until they have called for immediate extension of the situation in the north.
Last week, international demand for new elections in Kosovo's four northern municipalities became known.
