Kusari-Lila convinced: Association Only Under Constitution, Serbia to Implementation Energy Agreement

According to her, forming the Constitutional-based Association has also been guaranteed with the letter sent in 2015 by former EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Moghrini and the US.
