Kurti: Can't write alternative texts for Association

Kurti did not say he has drafted a draft of it as requested by the mediators, but said he has presented the draft division and that to deepen it initially requires reconciliation in principle from the other side.

“I have proposed a draft-vision to implement Article 7 of the basic agreement and also about Article 10 that I have not first accepted the approval of the other side that completely accepted the document and then the official Brussels that continues to consider this issue open. From now on we can discuss within the Brussels dialogue, so it is an open issue from Brussels' point of view for implementing Article 7 of the agreement under my vision presented in Brussels, which represents the letter and spirit of our Constitution”.

But Musliu again asked him what his statute would look like.

In response Kurti reiterated that his position on the issue is public on the two published pages of his draft video presented in Brussels.

At the last meeting on May 2nd, I have presented the draft division for what is said at Article 7 as the adequate level of self-awareness of the Serb community. So it looks like I gave the vision. It's two pages and it's public and everyone can read it. I can deepen that, but deepening that means compliance in principle. So, when we agree in principle, including those pillars I said in Ohrid on March 18, we can freely deepen the text, but we can't write alternative texts between which the arithmetic average can be found without agreeing once to accordion”.

Meanwhile, Musliu-Scheshi said the allies seek proposals, not vision.

“We have legal obligations because we are an independent state”, she said.
