The country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, has said that the full establishment of rule of law in four municipalities in northern Kosovo is necessary for “an open and fair campaign ahead of free and democratic elections in the future”. He has been hosting France's Ambassador Olivier Guerot and German deputy ambassador Mattias Conrad.
According to the Government's announcement, at this meeting Kurti and international diplomats have agreed on the vital importance of de-expassing the situation in the country's three northern municipalities.

Also, the communiqué reportedly stressed the need for full, quick and unconditional implementation of the Constitutional Agreement on February 27th and its Anex.
