VV activist Boykan Abazi has criticised the European Union, following measures warned about Kosovo, saying the EU has problems with domestic democracy.
According to him, it is not fair that the European Parliament, which according to him is elected directly by the people, has less power than the European Commission, which is elected by the governments of EU member states.
“The clash between the European Commission and the European Parliament regarding Kosovo and Serbia also points to the problem (deficiti) of internal democracy in the EU.” He expresses himself.
According to him, strengthening the state of Kosovo in addition to protecting Kosovo's democracy also protects democracy in the European Union.
We remember that in the VV's internal elections, Albin Kurti as the sole candidate had won 98.60 per cent of the vote.
