KFOR's explanation that there is no precise information about where the three police officers were at the moment of kidnapping, Zulfaj has responded with a sting, directed to KFOR Commander Angelo Michele Ristuccia.
After all the evidence we've offered, it seems unclear where Commander Ristuccia is, not where the Kosovo police officers were, wrote Zulfaj.
