Kurti Cabinet chief gives international lectures to Serbs in Kosovo

Dalipi, who was the first to turn against US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who told <x0 not thank you”, has been able to count some of the rights that Serbs in Kosovo enjoy, implying that beyond them there is no need to go, when the association has already become the primary point of the agreement.
“Serbs enjoy the most advanced and constitutionally protected rights in the world...10 seats in the country exclusively guaranteed for Serbs. Kosovo Serbs have the legislative power of vetoing all minority issues...”, writes Dalipi.
He further says Serbs have used their legitimate democratic rights to negotiate positions and overthrow governments many times in the past.
