Kosovo Police Says Arrested Suspect for Attack on Journalists

A suspected person who, on May 29, 2023 in Leposaviq, had been identified had attacked journalists from several media. So has he made known, the Kosovo police.

After providing evidence and identification of the suspect (Serbian male), the same has been arrested in the afternoons in Leposavic, and then accompanied to the police station for interviewing and further police procedures. All further actions will be undertaken in co-operation and co-ordination with justice bodies”, police have announced.

Kosovo police, they say, remain committed to the realisation of its legal and constitutional duties, to maintaining public order and security, to rule of law and to bringing to justice the bodies of suspected persons who conflict with order and law. /Periscopi/
