Speaking to the Serbian public broadcaster, Ristuccia has said the solution for the north should be political, at the negotiating table.
He has said a broad diplomatic offensive has been activated to calm tensions and turn normality north.
According to KFOR commander, the situation in the north remains tense, despite immediate calm. He has cited the addition of KFOR troops in the country as a security measure, following the reassession of the situation.
Riztuccia has said Kosovo and Serbia should sit at the negotiating table to overcome all disputes between the two states.
