“Izedin Bytyqi, deputy director general of the Kosovo Environment Protection Agency, is appointed deputy secretary-general of the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure. Named from point 1 of this decision exercises the responsibilities of the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Secretary-General under pre-law provisions in Law No.06/ The L-13 for organising and functioning of state administration and independent agencies, as well as other relevant legal provisions in force”, says the decision signed by Environment Minister Libun Aliu, which dates June 7th.
Two years ago, Bytyqi was fired from the post of secretary-general at the Ministry of Infrastructure, by the then minister of Arban Abrashi. But the minister himself had reversed the decision. Thereafter, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment had been disassembled in Kurti Government.
Before taking office Bytyqi, the secretary general of this ministry was Servet Spahiu. /Periscopi/
