But the Finance Ministry in the first three months of this year did not spend a single cent for capital investments. It shuts down the weight of ministries along with justice, agriculture, trade and local governments that spent 0% of the year on this category.
Civil society sees this as a misplanned by central power. According to the FOL organization, if the tools were available, they would be much more useful.
Ferat Shala, as opposition MP from the Commission for Economy, is accusing power of not knowing how to lead with the state wallet, Klan Kosova reports.
