Ilva Tare, who part of Atlantic Council has been the first to have allied what the draft could contain for the association that Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama has sent to President Macron and Chancellor Scholz.
Tare has written today, citing the meeting between the two governments, Kosovo and Albania, to be held on 14 June in Gjakova.
She says this will be the first meeting between Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti since Rama proposed to internationals the draft for Association, Germany, France and the US, reports Express.
In the end, Ilva Tare says that according to diplomatic sources, the Draft who has proposed Edi Rama has been well received by Western powers.
