“We stressed the need for immediate de-progression in northern Kosovo, including the new comprehensive elections with the participation of Kosovo Serbs and the full implementation of the normalisation agreement between Kosovo and Serbia”, Havener wrote.
In the late hours of this afternoon, Lajcak and Escobar have also met representatives of the Serbian List, who have been asked to participate in new elections to be held in the country's north.
