According to Hoti, the government's fiscal policy role has been without any effect, until the percentage of capital investments has dropped from 23 to 15 % of subsidies, social aid has increased to 42%, pointing to the government's economic orientation.

The country's former prime minister, now LDK deputy, says he would understand when this government would reorient capital investments from infrastructure to agriculture, health or energy, but there are no investments in those areas, and most of these dictatorships have zero investments in the first quarter of this year.
“It's not working anywhere, that two years is not working anywhere, the first two years of this government can also be understood because of pandemic, but a few months later the economy is opening like all other countries, but 2023, the third year of governance has no investment either in projects that have remained in half then or in new projects, and this is incomprehensible<1>, the LDK deputy, Avdullah Hoti, has added.
