Bislim Posting:
Kosovo has repeatedly warned the international community of Serbia's real reason for insisting on forming the AKS.
The AKS has never intended to integrate local Serbs into Kosovo, but to be the “the horse of Troy” Belgrade's to make the state dysfunctional, preparing the way for partitioning Kosovo.
Serbia's “Non-paper” latest drafted by Serbia's Academy of Sciences and Arts (from Vasilije Crestiq, member, https://www.sanu.ac.rs/en/member/krestic-vasilije/) It offers the most powerful testimony so far for Serbia's real intentions behind the insistence on AKS in Kosovo.
The document attached will show the following:
a. AKS's creation is not a target on itself, but it does present an important step towards achieving the target for the Serbian “Bot” that coincides with the territory of the former Yugoslavia.
b. “Srpski svet” is evolution of “Nacertanje” (https://researchgate.net/.../41119069 Ilija Garasan...) and should be viewed as 21st century “Nacetanje”.
c. The AKS's initial design is not relevant, as competencies will evolve and explode due to Belgrade's financial support and a relative lack of supervision by the Kosovo government.
d. These competencies will lead to a new Republika Srpska aimed at territorial division between Albanian and Serbian territories. This will then push the international community to recognise the existence of the two national entities in Kosovo and an absolute autonomy in the AKS areas.
e. This autonomy will bring about a situation that Serbs will not need to interact with the Government of Kosovo, thus making the AKS a <x0parasit” on Kosovo territory.
f. Serbia believes the main comparison advantage it currently has, and should exploit, is economic superiority in the region.
g. In current circumstances, the final goal “Serbian world” cannot be realised by political means alone. Other means, including potential religious mechanisms for political influence, must be exploited in the neighbouring countries where the Serbian Orthodox Church operates.
h. Therefore, the founding of the AKS should be key to Serbian politicians, providing a nucleus for the century-old goal of uniting the Serbian nation.
Nion-paperé perfectly explains Belgrade's insistence on the AKS, but should make the international community reconsider its insistence.
