We expect support from official Albania. Mediator has a lot of”, Kryeziu said about RTV Dukagjin, in connection with the draft Serbian majority Communist Association status Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz have introduced them.
Kryeziu, has added that the issue of four mayors in the north -- three of whom had needed assistance from the Kosovo Police to enter relevant municipal facilities -- is a matter of constitution and rule of law.
“The case of the mayors of the four municipalities in the country's north is a matter of respecting the constitution, rule of law and providing services to our citizens, which, due to the boycott detected by Serbia, had been missing for a total of 6 months”, Kryeziu has said.
According to him, the question of earlier agreements on the association of Serb majority municipalities is “the question of the functionality of the state of Kosovo, and this was witnessed by the draft provided by the Managing Team, which was headed by the Vucinate MP aimed at a Republika Srpska in Kosovo and recently with the Non-paper of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Serbia, which speaks of Serbia's “ “ ”<3>.
In both cases, Kosovo is the subject. In both cases the danger is Serbia”, it has added.
Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has proposed a draft of the Association of Serb majority municipalities to French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who he named as “conarma” of the Franco-German plan.
At a media conference regarding the situation in northern Kosovo, Rama has declared that for him, unintelligible remains the position of Kosovo, not that of Serbia.
I have forwarded to President Macron and Chancellor Scholz a draft of the Association, of which I have also informed European Council President Charles Michel and the American side. It is a draft worked by senior American and European experts for a long time. One thing that was done just in case this day came. This day when the parties -- and in this case, for me unintelligible -- are the position of Kosovo and not Serbia's, which I repeat, do what it has done again. The parties are not even getting to know who should write this text, let alone what the text must have, said Rama.
He has said he believes that establishing association in Kosovo presents a door for opening international doors to the Republic of Kosovo.
