Government comments proposal for Draft-satute for Association put forward by Edi Rama

Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has proposed a draft of the Association of Serb majority municipalities to French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who he named as “conarma” of the Franco-German plan.
