France's ambassador to Kosovo, Olivier Guerot, has reacted after Josep Borell's statement about the situation in the north of the Republic of Kosovo and the conditions Brussels requires from Kosovo and Serbia for de-bordering the situation.
Guerot says the position of the EU High Representative on behalf of 27 states is very clear.
French Ambassador says President Macron, Chancellor Scholz and Borell have clearly indicated the conditions for coming out of the crisis and says they have the support of the entire EU for that.
