The French Embassy in Kosovo today told Paparac that the government has neither consulted nor informed Paris about the step taken Thursday.
In a written response Friday, an embassy spokesman said France has not been informed in advance of the government's decision.
The French Embassy's response has once again reminded the European Union of the special unit's withdrawal from the vicinity of municipal objects, the fastest election organisation in northern municipalities, and the resumption of dialogue.
And Kosovo's three main Western allies: The US, Germany and Great Britain have dismissed Prime Minister Jalal Svecla's statement for co-ordination in the decision to declare the terrorist proclamation of two organisations in the north.
The Kosovo government, at a government meeting on 29 June, declared the two illegal Serbian formations “Civil Assistance” and “North Brigade” as a terrorist organisation.
At the media conference shortly after the meeting, Interior Minister Jedal Svechla stated that “for this step, we are in co-ordinated with the Western allies.
Just a few hours later, Minister Svecla was denied by a media communication of the US State Department, where it says the Kosovo government has not co-ordinated with Washington”. On Friday, Germany and the United Kingdom said they were not consulted by the government over the decision.
