He has been declared an independent leader.
I am an independent member of the capital and will not belong to any party or political group. My mandate as the head of the Parliament and as an independent member will be exercised in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and I will be loyal to each of Pristina's voters and citizens, Kupina has said.
