For the third time, voting in principle failed in the draft law on reproductive health and assisted medical fertilization.
Although there were more MPs in the Assembly, on twice that I tried, the law received less than 60 votes and again managed to get support for approval.
This bill has sparked debate in the country since it first introduced itself to MPs. Some power deputies have come up against and even fuelled reactions from nongovernmental organisations.

VV MP Eman Nqman has said he opposes the idea that the right of assisted medical fertilisation will also be given to unmarried women. This had triggered clashes with his associate party, Saranda Boguyevci. After the reaction, Bogujevci became the focus of social networking insults.
