The euro has landed again today under the quota of $107, returning to the declining trajectory, which had stopped somewhat after the market intervention of the Bank of Albania days ago, which bought 15m euros.

According to the Bank of Albania's official course, one euro was returned today at 106.91, with a drop of 0.13 in proportion to Friday last week.

The strongest was the dollar contraction, which dropped to 97.75, or 0.08 less than Friday.

On June 9th, the euro reached the historic minimum of all time at 105.62.

Compared to the beginning of the year, it was humiliated by 10.55, or by 9%.

While in proportion to late June of last year, the euro is traded 12.5m less, down by 10.5%.

Reasons

According to market actors, the strong decline of the euro relates to two factors:

-First, the high flow of information currency that has significantly increased the euro's market bid. In recent months real estate purchases have been added in the south of the country, where transactions are often at odds. The high demand has fruit and prices, which have reached up to 3 thousand euros per square metre.

-The second reason is related to seasonal effects, as the number of tourists has increased significantly, becoming another factor that has affected currency circulation in the market. They had you until August, the seasonal effects are expected to exert pressure on the humiliation of the euro.

Who wins and who loses?

The biggest losers are exporters. For a euro, they charge less than $107, up from $1 119 a year ago. Exporters, especially fason, have repeatedly complained that they are in a difficult situation because of increasing costs and lack of labor force, but the last blow is giving them and devaluation of the euro.

They have repeatedly demanded from the Bank of Albania and the Ministry of Finance the reasons for strong devaluation, while the Bank maintains the argument that this has come from improving the economy.

Those paid in euros are another category, which they suffer because when they convert the euro, they are getting less and less money.

Tourists, especially those of Kosovo, who are traditional vacationers and who come often, are feeling more about it, as other than costing prices receive less money when the euro is converted.

Winning are importers, who are buying products increasingly cheap, while this does not appear to be reflected in cheaper prices in bottomers, rather in May inflation returned to growth.

Creditees who have loans in euros and are paid in cash are being won, as they need less money to buy the same amount of currency.

The government is next won due to lowering the cost of the currency debt service. /Monitor. al
