Escobar: The actions of the mayors in the north would be considered legitimate even if they worked on the moon.

American emissary Gabriel Escobar has insisted that elected mayors of northern municipalities work in alternative objects to avoid protests and tensions. He said it was the US's only request, stressing that the legitimacy of the mayors' decisions would be known even if they were worked by the moon. <x0)
He said it was the US's only request, stressing that the legitimacy of the mayors' decisions would be known even if they were worked by the moon.
The legislature of the mayors would not be questioned if they had worked from an alternative location. They could have worked from the moon, and we would have considered them legitimate. Instead, they insisted on entering the office by force and what happened was predictable and preventable”.
The American Emissar reiterated that there would be consequences in the relationship if the Kosovo government insists on this.
So whenever they think of using those buildings as a symbol of their opposition to the European and American plan, it undermines relations between ethnic groups and relations between Kosovo and the Euro-Atlantic community. So this was our only request from Kosovo, and for whatever reason they continue to reject it. But we will continue to insist on it. And if you want to talk about the consequences, I'd say there will be consequences if they continue to ignore our advice on this matter”.
Escobar received several examples from his country when officials in the US have been forced to release official buildings to work from alternative objects for various reasons.
I've been with the federal government since I was 19, and I've seen the US government abandon buildings for fires, floods, hurricanes, COVID and even protests. Because we feel there is no need to escalate and create higher tensions”, he said.
