Enver Hoxhaj declared the first to have seen Rama's draft for Association, gives his assessment

MP from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has welcomed Prime Minister Edi Rama's proposal on a draft of the Serb majority municipalities' Association, which he says has seen. However, the same has refused to comment.

Rama's step, Hoxhaj has named this as the key and good “ ”.

He has said he hopes this document will reach the Kosovo Assembly for further discussion.

The proposed draft, Rama, indicated he did not negotiate with his Kosovo counterpart, Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
