He has said that about 17 illegal routes have been closed in the time of this government, while, according to him, smuggling has been developed in KFOR's eyes for years.
And let's not forget that those closed routes for smuggling, which are 16 or 17 roads, alternative illegal roads. They are closed down during this rule. As long as criminals have been exploiting those routes for smuggling, for crime and corruption, for everything and in some form KFOR has failed to manage border line”, Dugolli has declared at the DPT at Fidan.
In their eyes we knew that there was smuggling, weapons, narcotics and other things. For many years the undeserved crime dominated” has added Dugolli.
Dugolli has said that Kosovo policemen serving in the north have feelings of native love, and, according to him, there are no salaries.
“We have obligations to our country, no one wants our country more than we, to be clear. These cops we got over there, they're not for pay. They, the main motive, have a sense of love for homeland”, he has declared.
“I'm not saying that KFOR forces leave, we consider them partners and we continue to consider them as such”, he added.
