Double Murder in Gjakova, Police in Search of Second Suspect

Police have published his photo and are demanding the citizens' co-operation in the arrest of Zef Ademij.

Kosovo Police, the Regional Directorate of Police in Gjakova, based on authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova for publishing the photograph of the suspected person in the case, with its own purpose to locate it, issues a request for co-operation with citizens.

The suspected person is:

• Zef (Victor) Ademiaj, born with 23.03.1988, residents of the village of Zlatko-Cline.

Regarding the case “heavy murder” (cased on 25.06.2023) near the Regional Investigation Sector at the Regional Police Directorate- Mudovs are under way in intensive investigation, where highly identified suspect on suspicion of involvement in the case during investigative actions has been identified. The presence of the suspected person has not been secured despite numerous investigative and operational commitments on the part of the Regional Sector for Investigation and other police units.

Kosovo police require citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that whoever has information on the whereabouts of the suspected person presented in the photo attached, announce Kosovo Police or the nearest police station.
