He, at a regular conference with journalists, has said he is happy for their release, but refuses to comment on former US administration officials.
I will not put myself in that position to talk about former administration officials”, Miller said.
“I have enough work to do”, he added.
He has said he may stress that the US has consistently requested their release.
He has also used sarcasm to respond to the journalist.
“As is often the case, success has a thousand fathers, and whatever the ultimate reason the authorities had those three police officers released, we were happy to see it happening”, he stressed.
The credit for the release of three police officers received former US envoy for the Richard Green dialogue, Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban, and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
