Statement of the situation, new elections and return to dialogue are three international points.
I spoke with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti today to call for de-excendance in Kosovo's north and for immediate return to the EU-launched dialogue. The EU's three-point plan is the way ahead.
And Prime Minister Kurti has said that Blinken has discussed the situation in the north and the full implementation of the Base Agreement.
