Bislimin for warned sanctions: We would adapt to the masses

Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has said that Kosovo is committed to dialogue, but that it cannot follow Serbia's demands by giving up its internal sovereignty. In KTV's interactive “”, Bislimi has declared that sovereignty cannot be sacrificed for <x2hir of international interests, so that Serbia can leave orbit [...]
Bislimi has said that requests for the departure from the office of new mayors in the north are not by internationals, but are presented as requests by the Serbian side. “It is the request that has the original owner Serbia”, he has said.
Kosovo's “government cannot say for the sake of international interests that Serbia leaves Russian orbit, we sacrifice our sovereignty, we would not be government deserving to be in government. We are saying that if there is the international community's will to impose Kosovo's punitive measures, they will be imposed regardless of our” decisions, Bislimi has declared.
Commenting on the alleged sanctions by internationals for Kosovo, Bislimi has said that in this case, “Kosovo would become the first country to be discussed being punished because it has implemented the” law. For possible international sanctions, he has refused to speak “ipotically”, but has added that “then we would adapt measures”. He has declared that Kosovo will achieve targets in the north “in partnership with internationals in the future”.
The government is in co-ordination with the internationals until the end of it so that we can relax our attitudes and concerns and let us know that we are willing to go to the maximum to accommodate the interests of the international community, without affecting sovereignty”, Bislimi has repeated.
Bislimi has said that the government is in co-ordination with the internationals, but has added that it must be better heard from them. He has said the European minister for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak “, has launched his role as mediator”.
He has also said that the Government is comfortable with the decisions it has made. However, he has said that he feels that “is very concerned with the fact that at the moment there is little readiness by some involved in this process for Kosovo's woes to be taken seriously, and that they are somehow subcognounce strategic interests dealing with Serbia, with the war in Ukraine, which Serbia is a destabilising factor in the region”.
The deputy prime minister has recently praised the current situation. According to him, the situation is moving towards normalisation. The concerns, said, that the establishment of mayors and the presence of police have not changed, “clearly indicate that both the origin and the resolution of problems have been outside Kosovo, or in Belgrade”.
Bislimi has reiterated the government's stance that for early elections there must be fair campaigning in an environment without criminal elements and without preventing citizens from acting based on their own free will.
He has singled out paradoxically that international demand for Kosovo is the one for suspension. According to him, this is Kosovo's own primary interest.
“We have the main interest in extending and are willing to do our best in this direction. It is very wrong if someone concludes that the Kosovo government has no interest in austerity. I repeat, we're sides that are the most damaged by tension, we're the party that would benefit most from enlargement. Consequently, it is logical that we love Kosovo more than the internationals. We should be more interested, but even more familiar in offering options for extension”, he said.
The deputy prime minister has accused international individuals of creation under the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. Paradoxal has praised the requirement for re-compliance in dialogue by Kosovo and Serbia. According to him, this requirement should be addressed to Serbia because “Kosovo has persistently sought to implement the agreement, and Serbia is insisting that the agreement not be implemented”.
Answer to Hill
A day after United States Ambassador to Serbia Christopher Hill criticised Prime Minister Albin Kurti, saying there are problems with him, Bislimi has raised questions about how Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, as violators of good “partner”.
“How is it that such a partner is advanced to a non-cooperative partner? The “West should assess Kosovo's commitment to democratic institutions promoting and protecting citizens in the north” within the constitutional deadlines there.
Association
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi has said there can be no draft for the Association of Serb-run municipalities, without agreeing to principles.
We say, the draft is a product when the importance is known. We cannot say that we are building a house without agreeing to whether it will be two stories or three stories. Since there is no agreement on principles, there can be no draft. We insisted that the international community is behind Mogher's letter, is it behind the models that have sent us and told us that you choose them, is it behind the stance that a draftt introduced by the management team that requires executive competence will be declared unacceptable or not? We have no answers. We are willing to work at the maximum to draft a statute addressing the needs for self-enhancing the Serb minority”, he has stated.
Bislimi has said that the Association of Serb majority municipalities is not a citizen's requirement to integrate into society.
“Oposor listed on the side against Kosovo interest”
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi has accused the opposition in Kosovo of differing from Vuciqi's accusations against the Kosovo government.
According to him, internationals have also told them the opposition is willing to come to power.
We have the maximum interest to save and advance alliances with our friends. We have minimal interest in pushing agendas that harm Kosovo's strategic national interest just to gain political points, which the opposition is unfortunately making. The opposition attached the train to Vuciqi's accusations, and therefore does not differ from Vuciqi and the opposition's charges. It's terrible, but it hurts our negotiating position. When they say we have to listen to the internationals to the end that we are, otherwise, sovereign state, it shows a slave mentality that for a chair here doesn't have enough to remove the borders of the state. This balance has brought us into this situation. This destroys us a lot in relation to the internationals, as they [internationals] tell us that the é, there are some who stand ready to come to your positions because they are able to do anything. At the most key moments, the opposition is listed on the side of Kosovo's against interest,”, he has said.
“Lajcak has released the role of mediator”
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi has said the European Union's emissary, Miroslav Lajcak, has contributed to the coming point of dialogue. According to him, Lajcak has given up the role of mediator.
We are not interested in that [the agreement] to be dead, but to be implemented. My fear is that there is an awareness in the EU that with this Serbian president cannot have implementation of the agreements, and what is being done is control of the damages. It means that at the moment it is claimed that the deal is dead, no one points to Lajcak as mediator. We think Lajcak has contributed to the coming to this point where we are, so implementation, has given up his role as mediator and dealing with decision-making that is very dangerous and wrong. And with the fact that he, by the way he's coming forward, was the first person to give up the Brussels agreement, or switch from a normalisation agreement to an Association Agreement”, Bislimi told Lajcak.
He has said that Kosovo has warned Lajcak to return to the role “and build well the implementation plan, which is the right and balanced plan, not that it accommodates Vuciqi's interests”.
