According to Bislim, the internationals are aiming to remove Serbia from Russia's influence, and for that they are asking the Government of Kosovo to sacrifice sovereignty.
Kosovo's “government cannot say that for the sake of the interests of internationals that Serbia leaves Russian orbit, we sacrifice our sovereignty, we would not be government deserving to be in government”, Bislimi declared at KTV.
On the other hand, Bislimi said that if the internationals have the will to punish Kosovo, it will be done regardless of the Kurti Government's decisions.
“We are saying that if there is the international community's will to impose Kosovo's punitive measures, they will be imposed regardless of our” decisions, Bislimi has declared.
As further away than yesterday, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti accused Western emissaries Gabriel Escobar and Miroslav Lajcak of partiality in the issue of normalising reports with Serbia.
Kurti said that the two Western emissaries are “containing demands from the other side”. The same said the agreement is failing to implement as a result of the destructive approach by the Serbian side.
Meanwhile, as reported REL, as a result of not having progress in implementing the normalisation agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, European Union member states have postponed holding the donor conference.
The text of the agreement envisioned the organisation of the donors' conference 150 days after the agreement was reached, aimed at creating a financial package for Serbia and Kosovo, but the payment would be made only after it was found that all provisions of the agreement have been implemented.
