He said that since the launch of the incidents so far has been in constant communication with authorities there, KFOR commander and other presidents of the region.
My “communication with Kosovo is continuous, with the highest authorities, with the KFOR commander and regional presidents. I have expressed Albania's support for Kosovo and I have stressed the implementation of publicly agreed agreements, and I repeat that for me the sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo is indisputable and building democratic institutions there is necessary”.
“I have made a brotherly call for Kosovo authorities to have patience, caution and to co-ordinate with our strategic partners. Violence is not the solution, the violent conflict should never be an option, the only option should be dialogue”, Begaj said.
