Base: The reactions of Albin's Zogars to Rama are expected, LDK dictating Sali Berisha

Publicist from Albania Mero Base, who in his authorial writings pays particular attention to developments in Kosovo recently has published an opinion regarding reactions in Kosovo following the conpossion of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, who said he has sent a draft of Germany's Chancellor Olaf Scholz and France's President Emmanuel Macron.
Although reactions in Kosovo were largely against what Prime Minister Rama has taken up, Base in his writing says the VV's reaction to him was expected, reasoning:

The only role they have in Vetevendosje politics is to make Albin Kurti's attack elsewhere when he can't speak. They've done this and to Secretary Antony Blinken, to the American envoy Escobar, to the European, German, and so on. They don't have to do this to Eddie Rama. They would do something against him and if he didn't do anything”.
If VV deputies say they understand them, the Albanian publicist does not find understanding for the reactions of LDK officials.
What I don't understand in this story is how an LDK deputy, A. Gashi, should be concerned that Albania submits a project to resolve the situation in the north”, writes Base. He says the position of this opposition party is more like dictated by Sali Berisha in Tirana.

“The LDK is the main opposition party and the parliamentary Group chairman's position identifies and involves the opposition party itself in a stance that looks more telephoned by Sali Berisha in Tirana than by the chairman “de yre” LDK in Pristina” has written Base.
Base has recalled that on strong historical turns, Albania has always offered its plan for Kosovo.
