Base: Kurt ignored dozens of Rama private calls, wanted to use it as a show against the West

In the context of the punitive measures expected to communicate to Kosovo for failing to take the steps to stress, the media speculated that the union is preparing for a Kosovo regional “x1>.

Asked about this issue, publicist Mero Base has told Periscope that Albania takes over the Berlin process in September, and does not take it to isolate Kosovo but to help it.

Speaking of the pro-proposal of Prime Minister Edi Rama for the organisation of an international conference on Kosovo and Serbia, publicist Mero Base doubts this could find the support of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti. According to Montenegro, any proposal coming from Albania to restore relations with the West, Kurti tries to demonise Albania and Edi Rama on Kosovo's list of enemies for domestic political needs.

For Albin Kurtin every recommendation by Edi Rama is a most hostile stone to him, as Albania's stance at a wave-length with the West undermines his personal anti-Western agenda and loses hope that Albania manipulates it on the wrong side of history. So Edi Rama's proposals are not valid for the Kosovo government. Nor has this proposal been designed for a draft of Assolution that it has been made with American and British experts. They are proposals Albania makes under the goodwill of testifying that Albanians are with the West, not to help or harm Albin Kurti. He is trying to demonise Albania and Edi Rama on Kosovo's list of enemies for domestic political needs. That Eddie Rama does not mind any work that does not intend to run in Kosovo as opposed to Vetevendosje in Albania. A week before the annulment of the joint assembly of governments, Albin Kurti has not responded to any of Edi Rama's calls, either privately or by protocol.

Publicist Mero Base has also commented on the annulment of the two governments -- Kosovo and Albania -- as well as the current report that both countries have. Base has blamed Kosovo's prime minister for failing to meet this meeting, saying he has repeatedly ignored all calls and messages from Prime Minister Rama, thus provoking the failure of the joint assembly.
