Base: Albin Kurti experiments crisis in the north to justify everything, all his failures

The sad truth is that Prime Minister Kurti has been using the north of Kosovo for nearly a year as a place where crisis experimentes in the function of his political agenda. From the artificial crisis of license plates last fall to last fall, the logic of the crisis experiment in the north is for him to be victimised by the West and justify with this all his political failures in Kosovo government and in preserving Kosovo's alliance by the West.
