Journalist Artan Hoxha said in an interview for Euronews Albania that the video by former Kukes Mayor Safet Gjici has been made for a specific purpose and those who did it failed to keep it.

He indicated he has come into contact with the video since June 7th, a day after it was completed, but has been waiting for the municipal council to see if the project required by Kaci would be adopted, as promised in the video.
