During the afternoon hours (Saturday 24/06/2023), we have had a severe situation with rainfall, especially in the Pec region, where rapid flooding has been caused. The severe flood situation in Pec has resulted from heavy - intensity rainfall, with only 1ph and 9 minutes. (From 6:35 to 20:44), 54.6 mm (l/m2) have fallen. This amount of rainfall for such short intervals is inevitable without causing flooding, in this case urban ones.
Explain: The Peja Bistrica River, currently (25/06/2023), does not pose any danger to river floods. The 11h level was 93 Cm, or about eight feet. under the maximum level, trends are slow down.
