Until the complete dawning of all circumstances and determining the cause of the traffic accident, the public prosecutor tonight at the Constitutional Criminal Court in Skopje has submitted proposals for the appointment of a 48-hour detention measure for the person who was detained after the evening of the accident.
It's about a 64-year-old Skopje resident who ran the “Volkswagen Touren” Skopje license plates and who at the critical moment preceded the convoy of vehicles in which Kosovo cars were located.
The proposal for the appointment of short-term detention has been submitted because there are circumstances that show danger of escape.
Regarding the accident and loss of life of three Kosovo citizens, Kosovo Democratic Party Chairman Memli Krasniqi has also reacted.
The loss of three Pacolli family members in the accident near Skopje last night has upset us very much. At these severe moments, Pacolli and Visoka families - namely, the Eminence - expressed their deepest condolences to escape this tragedy in which they lost their parents and their brother. The gratitude and respect of all the Kosovo and Macedonian bodies, which were committed unhindered to finding and getting victims out of the Lepenc” River, he wrote on Facebook.
