145 years from founding of Albanian Prizren League

Today it has been 145 years since the founding of the Albanian League of Prizren. The Prizren League was a political organisation of the elites of four villas that were Albanian majority in the Ottoman Empire, officially founded on June 10th 1878 at the Bayrakles mosque in Prizren, where up to a year before it was the centre of Kosovo's Villejet. The Prizren League was a political organisation of the elites of four villas that were Albanian majority in the Ottoman Empire, officially founded on June 10th 1878 at the Bayrakles mosque in Prizren, where up to a year before it was the centre of Kosovo's Villejet.
The treaties of St. Stefan and Berlin had also been assigned Albanian territory to other countries after the Russo-Tourke War, so Albanians prepared for national resistance.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti will take part in this day's marking stand in Prizren at 11 already, at 12 he will participate in the central manifestation of the 145th anniversary of this League and the 24th anniversary of Kosovo's liberation, in the courtyard of the Prizren Albanian League Monumental Complex.
