The Prosecutor's Office has said it should be warned that any violations it commits in the future could result in sanctions.
The Prosecutor's Office's request states that Article 13 (a) of the Code of Conduct predicts that lawyers and prosecutors should not knowingly state social networking statements, the press, or the public, which are false or defamatory, or reveal confidential information.
The Prosecutor's Office has cited an interview of Pallasca, given on April 13, 2023 in RTK.
“Pallaska was presented on a show in RTK, conducting a wide interview where he commented on various aspects of these procedures. The prosecution suggests that the following fragments cause great concern, as Mr. The package clearly violates Article 13 of the Code of Conduct”, said at request.
The ZPS has said that Pallaska has knowingly made these false “statements”, until he quoted part of it as more than “99% of the indictment against Thaci has nothing to do with Dick Martyt” report.
The package in RTK has also said that “all the KLA is being tried, with the aim of declaring Kosovo a criminal state”. Among other things, he talked about media articles that were being used as evidence by SPS.
