After Pristina, where it was hosted by top Kosovo state officials, EU Commissioner for Enlargement Oliver Varhely, has also visited representatives of the Serbian List.
He crossed the bridge on the “Iber” on foot, where he continued to the offices of Serbian List Chairman Goran Rakic.
Varhely said that establishing association is a condition for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia and for Kosovo's progress in the EU.
“The foundation of the Serbian Major Community Association is a prerequisite for Kosovo's normalisation and progress on the road to the EU”, Varhely said.
With him was EU Office chief in Kosovo Thomas Szunyog.
