The federal jury in New York said Donald Trump sexually abused former columnist Jean Carroll, convicting him of this deed while he's damaged the latter with $2 million.
However, the jury has disagreed with Carroll's claims that the former president had raped him.
The jury has reached the verdict Tuesday on the indictment accusing Trump of raping Carroll in 1996.
Trump had insisted that he had never sexually assaulted Carroll or even knew him.
