The victims' family had arrived first in the hall. After them, the three accused of serious crime, the triple murder in Gllojan, Decani, came.
Father Halil Mehmetaj, with his two sons, Kastriot and Krishnik, sat at the defendant's bank.
However, on Wednesday, the trial failed to start.
The complaint was made by the suspects' lawyers, who said they did not accept all witness statements.
The defence also demands their release from custody, since they say they have ceased all legal conditions for such a move.
Judge Violet Husaj Rugova said that for this request I will decide after the trial starts.
Obeyed in the innocence of father and brothers, it is Malsor Mehmetaj, who had also been suspected of involvement in the murder, but was later acquitted of the prosecution.
“has kept me in custody and house arrest. I don't know where she saw her now reasonable to keep my family. I tell you, stand by and we have triumph in the end. Leaving the chief officer in freedom, taking my father with my three sons and leaving me in prison, except in Kosovo that happens”, said Mehmetaj, family of the suspects.
The whole other idea, however, is that of the victims.
They are convinced that Halil, Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj, are involved in this serious crime.

The initial session has been postponed for June 6th.
The trial has begun after 5 May, after prosecutor Sahere Gashi announced she has filed the indictment.
Prosecutor Gashi has indicated that 86 people have been prosecuted during the investigation, hundreds of information, analysed over 40 videos from Gjakova to Glodjan, while adding that evidence has been sent for expertise in Switzerland and Albania.
