During his speech, Rama commented on the tense situation in northern Kosovo.
Rama said the presence of the Serbian Army at the border with Kosovo is a show of domestic politics, while stressing that the power of the Serbian Army at the border is zero.
Edi Rama: The Serbian Army at the border is the most incredible display of domestic politics, because the Serb army at the Kosovo border has zero power. There's nothing I can do. It's just about internal politics.
So far 30 KFOR soldiers have been injured during protests in the north. Since May 26th, the situation in northern Kosovo has been tense, as Serbian citizens began protests against Albanian mayors of Serb majority municipalities Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposaviq.
