The region, the countries of the Western Balkans, have started to take quick measures to cope with developments being produced by the escape of workers. In the Republic of Albania's Parliament, the average salary growth is being discussed at 900 euros by April 2024.
R/Similar moves have taken on other countries in the region. In comparison to 2015, when Kosovo had an average salary of 444 euros, North Macedonia ʹ 504 euros, Serbia forefathers, Montenegro 76 euros and Albania 259 euros;
Uh currently, the average salary in the region is: Kosovo 504 euros, or 60 euros increase; Northern Macedonia, 705 euros or 201 euros increase; Serbia 763 euros, or 226 euros, Montenegro 792 euros or 66 euros, and Albania 900 euros, or 641 euros.
As long as these numbers show the rise in the average salary in the region, the Government of Kosovo and Minister Murati, in addition to the cofficient specified 105 euros, has taken no measures.
Urgently, the rise of the cofficiency to 129 euros in public administration as we have proposed, as the AAK has proposed, and to take quick measures for the minimum wage under our amendments, which we have proposed to the Commission for Buzhet.
If we wait, and liberalisation is taking place at a time when European countries, in particular Germany, have increased the contingent from the Western Balkans, we risk the following years being a serious blow to our economy, in particular to workers.
Do not sleep.
