The chief executive of the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), Nagip Krasniqi, suspended two weeks ago from this position, currently located in custody, has declared his property for 2022 in the Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
Arrested Krasniqi, the country's most recently mentioned name, has declared assets worth 1.7m euros and willing saving money 10 thousand and 500 euros in the commercial bank. His declared annual salary, however, is less than 42 thousand and 290 euros, or 3 thousand and 524 euros a month.
In the APK statement registerKrasniqi has declared home ownership worth 94 thousand euros, houses worth 154 thousand euros inherited and land 2640 square metres worth 1m and 393 thousand euros.
In addition, joint-owned Krasniqi has declared the 32 square metres business space worth 28 thousand and 800 euros, as well as the flammable 3000-euro assets. He's also coming up with investments in Krypton.
Meanwhile, a month after declaring property on 20 April, the Special Prosecutor has arrested KEK chief executive chief Nagip Krasniqi. Krasniqi, according to the Prosecutor, has been arrested because of the suspicion that he committed “The use of official position or authority”, “The exercise of influence” and “Interest conflict”. After the arrest, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the detention measure for Nagip Krasniqi for a month.
Until, not even Krasniqi's successor, KEK chief chief leader's taskman, Progress Kabashi is turning out to be poor.
