In the session, the suspect, among other things, stated that using an automatic rifle and a pistol at three locations in Smederevo and Mladenovac's territory, has shot at some people who were in the group and who did not recognize them, to intimidate them, as he said, the population”, the prosecution reports.
U.B. He allegedly killed eight people and attempted to kill 12 other people on Thursday, May 4th, evening.
A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was reportedly found during the raid of the suspect and the local suspect that he used, while on the occasion of leaving the scene, he originally used someone else's car, and then in the vicinity of “Mount Pozarevac” threatened a taxi driver and passengers in that vehicle.
The prosecution has said the suspect forced the taxi driver to take him to a village on Kraguyevci territory, where the suspect was found in Friday morning hours on May 5th, to an object owned by his uncle.
After the hearing the court has assigned him the detention measure.
The massacre occurred just a day after a 14-year-old killed nine people at an elementary school in Belgrade.
